MACHINE OPERATOR
Sparks, NV
Machine Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently producing parts using various machines and post processes. These tasks require great attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
-
Set-up and run various jobs on multi-axis CNC machines

Set-up and run various additive manufacturing machines
-
Handle and post process parts
-
Work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure parts are machined to specifications

Maintain and service CNC machines and tooling
-
Document change orders to improve the machining process
-
Perform all work according to procedures, specifications, and instructions
-
Use various mechanical tools without prior instruction
-
Collaborate with team members to develop and document manufacturing processes
-
Ensure all production services are performed on time, safely and in a professional manner

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

General proficiency using hand tools

1+ years of experience operating multi-axis CNC machines

Ability to execute work instructions and interpret detailed drawings

Compensations, Schedule, and Benefits
​
Pay range: Machine Operator I: $52,000-$62,000 annually. Machine Operator II: $62,000+ annually. Base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Work Schedule: In office, 6:30 am- 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday

OFFICE MANAGER
Sparks, NV
We are looking for a talented and detailed-oriented Office Manager to support the day-to-day office operations at our facility in Sparks, Nevada. The Office Manager will work as a partner to the Chief Operating Officer to drive efficiencies and best practices throughout the shop to enhance the experience of employees, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission, a strategic thinker with a can-do attitude, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
-
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
-
Complete daily accounting tasks including managing A/R, A/P, and booking transactions.
-
Assist with managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax filings.
-
Assist with managing multiple calendars, including but not limited to, executive, staff, and events.
-
Submit PO’s in accordance with production schedules and inventory levels.
-
Manage the Kanban system for shop resources.
-
Assist in inventory management, including shipping and receiving.
-
Assist with vendor relations and vendor sourcing.
-
Aid in scheduling and managing social events and team building activities.
-
Support the shop readiness and excellence through various tasks. This may include traveling to local vendors.

Ensure cleanliness and organization for optimal facility operating conditions.

Support Marketing/Sales team as needed.
-
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
-
Associate degree with 2+ years of experience in an office setting, or bachelor degree with 1+ years of experience in an office setting.

Proficient in Quickbooks (online preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

3+ years of experience supporting an office.

SHOP TECHNICIAN

Shop Technicians are responsible for aiding in the completion of expedition vehicles on time and to specification. Depending on the phase of production, shop technicians will complete a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, composite parts manufacturing, general assembly, bodywork, fabrication, and vehicle integration. These tasks require great attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities

Follow standard operating procedures to prepare, build and, post process composite parts

Work closely with the Paint Foreman to aid in surface preparation, ie: bodywork and precision sanding

Aid in general camper assembly and vehicle integration

Aid in fabrication

Aid in diagnostics and service

Perform all work according to procedures, specifications, and instructions

Use various mechanical tools without prior instruction
