ENHANCED POWER SUPPLY

Stay out longer with the BCR’s 48v electrical architecture. The 10,240Wh lithium battery bank can be fully recharged in only 1.25 hours via the alternator or maintained with the expandable 1,400W solar array. Feeling hot? The 48v air conditioner is capable of running for 50+ hours without charging.

FUNCTIONAL AERODYNAMICS

HiPR Foils™ (High Pressure Reduction) bring true aerodynamic design into the expedition vehicle space by redirecting and controlling drag induced vortices down the side of the camper. Our innovative, patent-pending design minimizes the natural high pressure in front of the cabover, leading to improved fuel economy, quieter operation, and a more comfortable drive.

TORSION MANAGEMENT

While truck chassis are engineered to flex, our carbon fiber house needs to remain rigid. Therefore, we designed a carbon-integrated Torsion-Free System to isolate torsional forces between the truck chassis and our carbon fiber home. By strategically reinforcing the floor with additional carbon fiber, we’ve eliminated the need for a heavy, metal subframe– saving over 500 lbs and lowering the vehicle's center of gravity. In alignment with Ram’s body builders specifications, we evenly distribute load across the truck’s frame rails and reduce low-amplitude, high-frequency vibrations by using proprietary urethane isolators.
